OUTSIDE GENERAL COUNSEL

In conjunction with our business law practice, HKD serves the role of "outside general counsel" for a number of businesses who do not have their own legal staff. This entails a hands-on approach, with constant contact with the company’s management. Fees are billed hourly, monthly fee, or, in certain start-up circumstances, with equity in the company.
