EXPERIENCE

Michael H. Heneghan is the senior member of Heneghan, Kennedy & Doyle, L.L.C. Attorney Heneghan has litigated in the Connecticut Supreme Court, Connecticut Appellate Court, multiple Connecticut Superior Courts, multiple Probate Courts, and multiple state agencies and administrative bodies, including the Department of Motor Vehicles and State Health Department regarding license suspension and revocation.

He served as Legal Counsel to the State Commission on Special Revenue. Additionally, Attorney Heneghan has served as Municipal Legal Counsel for the Town of Rocky Hill for fifteen years and has extensive experience in the areas of Municipal Zoning, Building and Wetlands compliance.

Attorney Heneghan's practice concentrates in the areas of Probate Estates, Will Contests, Estate Planning, Real Estate, Zoning, and State Agency license violation for suspension and revocation.

COURT MEMBERSHIPS

Attorney Heneghan was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 1966, the United States District Court for Connecticut in 1970, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia in 2002.
