APPELATE REPRESENTATION

HKD has a successful appellate practice before the Connecticut Supreme Court, Connecticut Appellate Court and the United States Courts of Appeals.

We represent clients both in cases in which we represented a party in the lower court and cases where we have been brought in specifically for our appellate representation. Over the years we have represented individuals and business clients, such as the Hartford Whalers Hockey Club, in a variety of civil matters.

At present, Attorney Daniel H. Kennedy, III handles a number of appeals in family law cases each year.
